Employee Management in CleanTouch effectively controls each employee’s working hours
by using the Time Clock function. In addition, it analyzes and reports each of their activities regarding the transactions, allowing the owner to more efficiently administer their performances.
Employee Management Screen
You can add and change employee’s information on this screen. You can also view and print the Time Clock report, and edit any incorrect time clock entry for any selected employee.
Employee ID Card
CleanTouch can create an employee’s ID card with a picture and a bar code. Employees can clock in and log in by scanning the barcode on the card.
Powerful Employee Security
When adding a new employee, they are assigned a password and a position. Depending on the position, the user can only authorized to do certain things in the program. You can change their privileges if you wish.
Convenient Time Clock Edit
The owner can edit the employee’s time clock entry if either the clock in or out time was incorrect.
Employee Activity Analysis Reports
CleanTouch analyzes and reports the employees’ performances and any suspicious activities and transactions in the Employee Report and the MoneyGuard section.
